{"id":111,"date":"2009-04-15T13:14:54","date_gmt":"2009-04-15T13:14:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recettes.peyresaubes.com\/index.php\/2009\/04\/15\/mille-feuille-tomate-mozzarelle\/"},"modified":"2024-02-23T20:50:23","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T20:50:23","slug":"mille-feuille-tomate-mozzarelle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.peyresaubes.com\/index.php\/2009\/04\/15\/mille-feuille-tomate-mozzarelle\/","title":{"rendered":"Mille feuille tomate mozzarelle"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-109\" src=\"https:\/\/recettes.peyresaubes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/04\/arton49-b8a.jpg\" width=\"150\" height=\"105\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 1 Kilogramme de tomates<\/li>\n<li> 4 Paquet de mozzarelle en boule<\/li>\n<li> 1 Bouquet de basilic<\/li>\n<li> 1 bouteille d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li> 1 Bo\u00eete de fleur de sel<\/li>\n<li> 1 Bo\u00eete de sucre <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marche \u00e0 suivre :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Peler les tomates et couper les en 4 ou 8 en prenant soin d&rsquo;enlever tous les p\u00e9pins<\/li>\n<li> pr\u00e9chauffer le four a 150\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li> disposer les quartier de tomate sur une plaque pr\u00e9alablement huil\u00e9e, partie bomb\u00e9e sur la plaque<\/li>\n<li> sur chaque quartier mettre une petite pinc\u00e9e de sucre et un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive puis enfourner environ 30 minutes (ou plus) de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 faire confire les tomates.<\/li>\n<li> pendant ce temps trancher les boules de mozzarelle en rondelles et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les feuilles de basilic frais et les nettoyer. Huiler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les ramequins une fois les tomates pr\u00eates, les laisser refroidir<\/li>\n<li> nous allons maintenant remplir les ramequins :<\/li>\n<li> au fond poser une couche de tomate confite<\/li>\n<li> au dessus poser une couche de mozzarelle<\/li>\n<li> au dessus poser une couche de basilic<\/li>\n<li> mettre un filet d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, une petite pinc\u00e9e de fleur de sel, de poivre et recommencer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 remplir le ramequin. Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 bien tasser les couches<\/li>\n<li> Une fois que tous les ramequins sont remplis r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Servir frais d\u00e9moul\u00e9 dans une assiette.
