Faire cuire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9touff\u00e9e avec un peu de fond de veau (en poudre) <\/li>\n<li> r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e grossi\u00e8re au presse pur\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li> R\u00e9unir la farine, la chapelure, la poudre d&rsquo;amandes et le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9. M\u00e9langer et ajouter le beurre mou. \u00c9mietter du bout des doigts jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne et sableux.<\/li>\n<li> M\u00eame principe que pour la r\u00e9alisation de la p\u00e2te sabl\u00e9e. Incorporer le beurre petit \u00e0 petit, les 125g ne seront pas enti\u00e8rement n\u00e9cessaire. <\/li>\n<li> \u00c9goutter les cubes de potiron. Les \u00e9craser avec un presse pur\u00e9e. On peut \u00e9ventuellement ajouter du beurre et de la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche, mais le plat est tout aussi bon sans. <\/li>\n<li> Sur une plaque couverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, d\u00e9poser quatre emporte-pi\u00e8ce. Remplir de potiron puis de p\u00e2te \u00e0 crumble (en l&rsquo;\u00e9miettant). <\/li>\n<li> Enfourner 20-25 minutes (le crumble doit \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9). <\/li>\n<li> A la place du potiron on peut utiliser du potimarron, du betternut ou de la citrouille &#8230;
