Baisser le feu et continuer \u00e0 remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne marron fonc\u00e9 et sente la noisette (il doit devenir \u00e9pais et p\u00e2teux). Faire tr\u00e8s attention \u00e0 ce que le roux ne br\u00fble pas et r\u00e9server. <\/li>\n<li> Dans une sauteuse, faire revenir les okras \u00e9minc\u00e9s dans de l&rsquo;huile pendant 30 ou 40 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait plus de fil g\u00e9latineux entre les morceaux d&rsquo;okra, puis r\u00e9server. <\/li>\n<li> Dans une cocotte sur feu moyen faire fondre le beurre et faire revenir les oignons. <\/li>\n<li> Ajouter les saucisses \u00e9minc\u00e9es, les crevettes, l&rsquo;ail, le poivron, le c\u00e8leris, les \u00e9pices et faire mijoter 2 minutes. <\/li>\n<li> Ajouter les tomates, le persil, le laurier, l&rsquo;eau, les oignons verts, les okras, le roux ainsi que les crabes. <\/li>\n<li> Faire mijoter le gumbo environ 30 minutes. <\/li>\n<li> Servir dans une assiette \u00e0 soupe ou un bol sur du riz chaud et saupoudrer avec de la poudre de fil\u00e9. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr class='row_even'>\n<td><figure
