Ajouter l&rsquo;huile. <\/li>\n<li> M\u00e9langer le sel \u00e0 la farine. Verser d&rsquo;un coup le liquide pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et bien p\u00e9trir. <\/li>\n<li> Laisser bien monter la p\u00e2te. <\/li>\n<li> Faire avec la p\u00e2te des anneaux d&rsquo;une circonf\u00e9rence \u00e9gale \u00e0 environ celle d&rsquo;un bol standard. Bien les souder pour qu&rsquo;ils gardent leur forme d&rsquo;anneaux \u00e0 la cuisson. <\/li>\n<li> Faire bouillir une casserole d&rsquo;eau et plonger les anneaux dedans pour les \u00e9bouillanter rapidement. -* Les sortir et les saupoudrer imm\u00e9diatement de graines de pavot. Les graines vont alors coller \u00e0 la p\u00e2te. <\/li>\n<li> Les cuire \u00e0 four moyen th 7\/8, environ 15 \u00e0 20 mn. Les boublikis doivent rester p\u00e2les, il ne faut pas les cuire trop car sinon ils deviennent secs et durs. <\/li>\n<li> A d\u00e9guster chauds, coup\u00e9s en deux avec du beurre dedans.
