{"id":205,"date":"2009-04-16T12:04:15","date_gmt":"2009-04-16T12:04:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recettes.peyresaubes.com\/index.php\/2009\/04\/16\/tarte-tatin\/"},"modified":"2024-02-23T20:46:17","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T20:46:17","slug":"tarte-tatin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.peyresaubes.com\/index.php\/2009\/04\/16\/tarte-tatin\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarte Tatin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-202\" src=\"https:\/\/recettes.peyresaubes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/04\/arton111-b04.jpg\" width=\"256\" height=\"192\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 150 Grammes de beurre<\/li>\n<li> 125 Grammes de cassonade\t<\/li>\n<li> 1 p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9<\/li>\n<li> 1 Kilogramme de pommes <\/li>\n<li> 2 gousses de vanille<\/li>\n<li> 6cl de rhum ambr\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marche \u00e0 suivre :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Prendre un moule \u00e0 bords assez hauts, genre \u00ab\u00a0moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb ( 8 pers. 24 cm de diam\u00e8tre)<\/li>\n<li> Beurrer ce moule avec 150 g de bon beurre.<\/li>\n<li> extraire les graines des gousses de vanille et les r\u00e9partir sur le beurre<\/li>\n<li> Parsemer sur ce beurre 125 g de sucre semoule.<\/li>\n<li> \u00c9plucher 1 Kg, environ de pommes.
