Laisser cuire en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8re jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le chou soit bien cuit et color\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li> couper les \u0153ufs dur en cube et les m\u00e9langer au choux<\/li>\n<li> Dans un saladier mettre la levure, deux grandes cuill\u00e8res de farine, 2 petites cuill\u00e8re de sucre,et m\u00e9langer avec un peu de lait ti\u00e8de puis faire reposer 15 minutes (endroit chaud)<\/li>\n<li> pendant ce temps battre les deux \u0153ufs avec deux grande cuill\u00e8res de sucre, et une petite cuill\u00e8re de sel<\/li>\n<li> ajouter les 200g de beurre fondu<\/li>\n<li> ajouter les 500 ml de lait ti\u00e8de<\/li>\n<li> enfin saupoudrer le Kg de farine et battre la p\u00e2te (ne pas p\u00e9trir) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle se d\u00e9colle des doigts.
