boite<\/li>\n<li> un petit pot d&rsquo;olives vertes d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li> 700g de mini quenelles de veau<\/li>\n<li> 2 beaux oignons<\/li>\n<li> 1 feuille de laurier<\/li>\n<li> du fond de veau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration  :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> couper le veau en petits morceaux<\/li>\n<li> \u00e9mincer finement les oignons<\/li>\n<li> dans un autocuiseur faire revenir le veau dans de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive puis y ajouter l&rsquo;oignon<\/li>\n<li> \u00e9goutter les champignons en gardant l&rsquo;eau et les ajouter au reste<\/li>\n<li> laisser cuire 5\/10 minutes en remuant<\/li>\n<li> \u00e9goutter et rincer les olives<\/li>\n<li> ajouter l&rsquo;eau des champignons, les olives, une deux ou trois cuill\u00e8res de fond de veau en poudre et \u00e9ventuellement un peu d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li> fermer l&rsquo;autocuiseur et laisser cuire 30 minutes<\/li>\n<li> \u00e9goutter et rincer les quenelles<\/li>\n<li> quand c&rsquo;est cuit \u00e9paissir la sauce avec de la ma\u00efzena ou de la farine<\/li>\n<li> ajouter les quenelles<\/li>\n<li> faire r\u00e9chauffer les cro\u00fbtes au four pendant 5 minutes  et
