jarret)<\/li>\n<li> des boulettes de viande hach\u00e9e (optionnel)<\/li>\n<li> 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li> 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de concentr\u00e9 de tomate<\/li>\n<li> 1 oignon<\/li>\n<li> 1 gousse d&rsquo;ail<\/li>\n<li> 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de coriandre s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li>\n<li> 3 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre noir<\/li>\n<li> 2 tomates fraiches<\/li>\n<li> du boulgour\/frik gros<\/li>\n<li> de la menthe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Dans une cocote faites revenir tous les ingr\u00e9dients sauf les tomates et \u00e9pices \u00e0 feu doux,<\/li>\n<li> concasser\/mixer les tomates et les ajouter au m\u00e9lange,<\/li>\n<li> faire revenir 10 minutes encore,<\/li>\n<li> couvrir le tout d&rsquo;eau (environ un litre et demi),<\/li>\n<li> ajouter du piment, de la menthe et laisser cuire,<\/li>\n<li> \u00e0 mi cuisson de la viande rajouter du boulgour (une ou deux poign\u00e9e),<\/li>\n<li> \u00e0 mi cuisson du boulgour ajouter les boulettes de viande hach\u00e9e,<\/li>\n<li> ajouter de l&rsquo;eau chaude si n\u00e9cessaire,<\/li>\n<li> en fin de cuisson ajouter la coriandre s\u00e9ch\u00e9e et la menthe cass\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li> Servir chaud
