{"id":517,"date":"2011-03-26T21:11:23","date_gmt":"2011-03-26T21:11:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recettes.peyresaubes.com\/index.php\/2011\/03\/26\/panna-cotta-aux-saveurs-dispahan\/"},"modified":"2024-02-23T20:10:14","modified_gmt":"2024-02-23T20:10:14","slug":"panna-cotta-aux-saveurs-dispahan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.peyresaubes.com\/index.php\/2011\/03\/26\/panna-cotta-aux-saveurs-dispahan\/","title":{"rendered":"Panna Cotta aux Saveurs d&rsquo;Ispahan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 50 cl de cr\u00e8me liquide enti\u00e8re 35% mg<\/li>\n<li> 75g de sucre semoule (ou \u00e9quivalent en aspartame\/stevia etc&#8230;)<\/li>\n<li> 2 bouchons d&rsquo;eau de rose<\/li>\n<li> 3 feuilles de g\u00e9latine<\/li>\n<li> 1 boite de Litchis au sirop (ou \u00e9quivalent en litchis frais)<\/li>\n<li> framboises ou coulis de framboise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> mettre les feuilles de g\u00e9latine \u00e0 ramollir dans de l&rsquo;eau froide,<\/li>\n<li> pendant ce temps amener la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 \u00e9bullition en remuant bien,<\/li>\n<li> couper le feu,<\/li>\n<li> bien essorer les feuilles de g\u00e9latine, les ajouter au m\u00e9lange chaud et remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 compl\u00e8te dissolution,<\/li>\n<li> ajouter le sucre (ou \u00e9quivalent),<\/li>\n<li> ajouter l&rsquo;eau de rose,<\/li>\n<li> couper les litchis en morceaux (apr\u00e8s les avoir d\u00e9noyaut\u00e9s si besoin),<\/li>\n<li> dans un moule ou dans une verrine d\u00e9poser une couche de litchis,<\/li>\n<li> r\u00e9server au frais jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la cr\u00e8me prenne.<\/li>\n<li> Au moment de servir d\u00e9mouler (si moule) et servir accompagn\u00e9 de framboises fraiches ou de coulis de framboise.
