:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>P\u00e2te<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 560g de farine t45<\/li>\n<li> 80g de sucre semoule<\/li>\n<li> 10g sel<\/li>\n<li> 30g de levure de boulanger (fra\u00eeche)<\/li>\n<li> 8 \u0153ufs entiers<\/li>\n<li> 360g de beurre<\/li>\n<li> 200g de raisins blonds<\/li>\n<li> beurre pour le ou les moules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Sirop parfum\u00e9 \u00e0 la fleur d&rsquo;Oranger<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> 200 cl d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li> 300g de sucre semoule<\/li>\n<li> 25g de poudre d&rsquo;amandes<\/li>\n<li> 20g d&rsquo;eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Finition<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> beurre fondu<\/li>\n<li> Sucre glace<\/li>\n<li> amandes effil\u00e9es torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es |<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Kouglof<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> les ingr\u00e9dients doivent \u00eatre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante<\/li>\n<li> la veille, verser la farine dans un bol.<\/li>\n<li> disposer le sucre et le sel d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, et \u00e9mietter la levure de l&rsquo;autre (levure et sel ne doivent pas entrer en contact)<\/li>\n<li> dans un bol battre les \u0153ufs en omelette<\/li>\n<li> verser les 2\/3 des \u0153ufs sur la farine et commencer \u00e0 m\u00e9langer <\/li>\n<li> incorporer peu \u00e0 peu le reste des \u0153ufs et p\u00e9trir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange se d\u00e9colle des parois.<\/li>\n<li> Incorporer alors le beurre coup\u00e9 en petit morceau et p\u00e9trir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que ce dernier soit bien incorpor\u00e9 et que la p\u00e2te se d\u00e9colle des bords.<\/li>\n<li> transvaser la p\u00e2te dans un r\u00e9cipient pour le levage, recouvrir d&rsquo;un linge humide et laisser reposer pendant 2h30<\/li>\n<li> rabattre la p\u00e2te pour lui redonner son volume initial et r\u00e9server au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur jusqu&rsquo;au lendemain.<\/li>\n<li> sortir la p\u00e2te afin qu&rsquo;elle se \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9chauffe\u00a0\u00bb de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/li>\n<li> la p\u00e2te doit gonfler \u00e0 nouveau.<\/li>\n<li> Incorporer alors les raisins secs<\/li>\n<li> bien beurrer le\/les moule(s)<\/li>\n<li> les remplir aux 2\/3 et laisser reposer  environ une heure  30\u00b0C (plus de temps s&rsquo;il fait plus frais)<\/li>\n<li> pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C et enfourner le\/les kouglofs entre 20 et 40 minutes en fonction de leur taille<\/li>\n<li> une fois cuit, le retirer du four, laisser refroidir 5 minutes et d\u00e9mouler sur une grille positionn\u00e9e au dessus d&rsquo;un bac<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Le sirop<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> dans une casserole, portez l&rsquo;eau et le sucre \u00e0 \u00e9bullition,<\/li>\n<li> retirer du feu et ajouter imm\u00e9diatement  la poudre d&rsquo;amandes.<\/li>\n<li> Laisser refroidir et incorporer l&rsquo;eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Finition<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> arroser \u00e0 plusieurs reprise le Kouglof avec le sirop jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 absorption plus ou moins totale.<\/li>\n<li> quelques minutes plus tard, badigeonner le kouglof de beurre fondu<\/li>\n<li> enfin saupoudrer de sucre glace et d&rsquo;amandes effil\u00e9es torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es
