cuits hach\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li> 150 Grammes d&rsquo;\u00e9chalotes hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li> 80 Grammes de persil hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li> 60 Grammes de c\u00e9leri hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li> 0,5 Cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/li>\n<li> 1 Pinc\u00e9e de piment de Cayenne en poudre<\/li>\n<li> 4 Cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe pastis<\/li>\n<li> 24  grosses huitre calibre 2<\/li>\n<li> 0,5 Cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de marjolaine s\u00e9ch\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li> 1 Paquet de gros sel<\/li>\n<li> 1\/4 Cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Marche \u00e0 suivre :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception des hu\u00eetres et du gros sel. <\/li>\n<li> Bien remuer et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer 15 min. jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 raffermissement du m\u00e9lange. <\/li>\n<li> Chauffer le four \u00e0 250\u00b0C. <\/li>\n<li> Placer les hu\u00eetres sur une couche de gros sel, dans un grand plat peu profond allant au four. <\/li>\n<li> D\u00e9poser 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de garniture sur chaque hu\u00eetre en pressant bien pour que toute l&rsquo;hu\u00eetre soit couverte. <\/li>\n<li> Cuire sur la grille la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e du four 8 \u00e0 10 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le dessus fasse des bulles et soit quelque peu bruni. <\/li>\n<li> Retirer les hu\u00eetres du plat de cuisson et
